黎塘北樞(shu)紐(niu)互(hu)通(tong)(tong)位于賓陽縣洋橋鎮茂(mao)凌村附近,聯(lian)通(tong)(tong)柳南(nan)高(gao)(gao)速公路(lu),具有施工組織難度大、涉(she)路(lu)施工安全風(feng)險高(gao)(gao)、鋼箱梁頂推施工精度要(yao)求高(gao)(gao)等特點。
黎塘北樞紐互通采用現(xian)場組(zu)拼+多點(dian)步(bu)履(lv)式(shi)連(lian)續頂(ding)推(tui)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝,有效(xiao)縮短涉(she)路施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)周期(qi),減少施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)間對(dui)運營高速公路的通行(xing)能(neng)力及行(xing)車安(an)全的影響(xiang)。該跨(kua)路橋(qiao)梁是目前廣西(xi)境內第一座采用步(bu)履(lv)式(shi)頂(ding)推(tui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝跨(kua)越既有高速公路施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的曲(qu)線(xian)鋼箱(xiang)梁橋(qiao)。步(bu)履(lv)式(shi)頂(ding)推(tui)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技術相較于拖拉(la)式(shi)、推(tui)移式(shi)頂(ding)推(tui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝上(shang),能(neng)有效(xiao)解決拖拉(la)式(shi)頂(ding)推(tui)“蛙跳”通病現(xian)象,能(neng)減少長距(ju)離滑道的設置,能(neng)安(an)裝更大跨(kua)度、重量更重的鋼箱(xiang)梁,在頂(ding)推(tui)過(guo)程中也顯得更加(jia)平穩、高效(xiao)。
項目簡(jian)介:上(shang)林(lin)(lin)至橫(heng)(heng)縣(xian)高(gao)(gao)速(su)公(gong)路(lu)(lu)是《廣西(xi)高(gao)(gao)速(su)公(gong)路(lu)(lu)網規劃(hua)(2018-2030年)》中“1環12橫(heng)(heng)13縱25聯(lian)”布(bu)局方案中的聯(lian)16線(xian)(xian),連通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)上(shang)林(lin)(lin)縣(xian)、賓陽(yang)縣(xian)、橫(heng)(heng)州市三地,全線(xian)(xian)位(wei)于南寧(ning)市境內,分為一(yi)期工(gong)程(cheng)、二期工(gong)程(cheng)實施建(jian)設(she)。上(shang)林(lin)(lin)至橫(heng)(heng)縣(xian)公(gong)路(lu)(lu)一(yi)期工(gong)程(cheng)始于上(shang)林(lin)(lin)縣(xian)白圩鎮(zhen),接三南高(gao)(gao)速(su)公(gong)路(lu)(lu),終于橫(heng)(heng)州市南鄉(xiang)鎮(zhen),接深(shen)南高(gao)(gao)速(su)公(gong)路(lu)(lu),項目(mu)(mu)全長118.442公(gong)里,新建(jian)段93.249公(gong)里,概算總投資119.3896億(yi)元。項目(mu)(mu)采用雙向四車(che)道標(biao)準建(jian)設(she),設(she)計速(su)度120公(gong)里/小時(shi)。全線(xian)(xian)共設(she)置橋(qiao)梁77座(zuo)(含互(hu)(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)區(qu)(qu)主線(xian)(xian)橋(qiao)),其中設(she)西(xi)津郁江(jiang)特大橋(qiao)1座(zuo),大橋(qiao)50座(zuo),中橋(qiao)26座(zuo),互(hu)(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)式立交(jiao)(jiao)11處(chu)(5處(chu)為樞紐(niu)互(hu)(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)式立交(jiao)(jiao),6處(chu)為一(yi)般服務型互(hu)(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)式立交(jiao)(jiao)),同步(bu)建(jian)設(she)服務區(qu)(qu)3處(chu),養護工(gong)區(qu)(qu)2處(chu),管理(li)中心2處(chu),收費站6處(chu),橋(qiao)隧(sui)比10.85%。項目(mu)(mu)建(jian)成(cheng)后將(jiang)成(cheng)為上(shang)林(lin)(lin)、賓陽(yang)、橫(heng)(heng)州市直接聯(lian)系的紐(niu)帶(dai),是沿(yan)線(xian)(xian)地區(qu)(qu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)往大灣(wan)區(qu)(qu)的通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道之一(yi),為提升南寧(ning)市內外交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)銜接水平,拉動地方工(gong)業經(jing)濟,推(tui)動項目(mu)(mu)沿(yan)線(xian)(xian)旅游業快(kuai)速(su)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan),帶(dai)動縣(xian)域經(jing)濟發(fa)(fa)展(zhan),助力推(tui)進鄉(xiang)村振興具有重要作用。
