【走進上橫高速】橋梁篇——羅料分離式立交橋

上(shang)林至橫縣公路(lu)(lu)一期工(gong)程羅(luo)料(liao)(liao)分離(li)式(shi)立交橋(qiao)位(wei)于南寧市賓(bin)陽縣露圩鎮(zhen)羅(luo)料(liao)(liao)村附近,橋(qiao)梁(liang)全(quan)長(chang)788米(mi),該(gai)橋(qiao)第3聯第8孔(kong)上(shang)跨湘(xiang)桂鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu),梁(liang)底距軌面24.39米(mi)。其中(zhong)7#橋(qiao)墩墩柱外(wai)緣至湘(xiang)桂鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)上(shang)行線路(lu)(lu)中(zhong)心線的(de)最小水平距離(li)僅為8.62米(mi),臨近湘(xiang)桂鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu),施工(gong)風險高(gao),外(wai)部協調復(fu)雜,工(gong)序銜接要(yao)求高(gao),是項目建(jian)設的(de)關鍵控制(zhi)性節點。
為減(jian)少對(dui)湘桂鐵路(lu)的影響(xiang),高(gao)質(zhi)量完成跨鐵路(lu)橋(qiao)梁(liang)(liang)建設任務,上橫高(gao)速公司(si)科學(xue)統籌、精心(xin)規劃,組織(zhi)施(shi)工(gong)單位圍繞(rao)架(jia)橋(qiao)機(ji)過孔、喂梁(liang)(liang)、支座安裝等工(gong)序(xu),詳細編制專(zhuan)項(xiang)施(shi)工(gong)方(fang)案并提前組織(zhi)現(xian)場演練;積極與相關(guan)單位對(dui)接(jie)溝通,完善既有線路(lu)施(shi)工(gong)手續及各項(xiang)準(zhun)備工(gong)作,全(quan)力搶抓施(shi)工(gong)“天(tian)窗點”;嚴格標準(zhun)規范施(shi)工(gong),充分做好制、運、架(jia)梁(liang)(liang)各環節施(shi)工(gong)組織(zhi),確保了架(jia)梁(liang)(liang)過程安全(quan)可控、高(gao)效施(shi)作,并按(an)期完成該橋(qiao)梁(liang)(liang)架(jia)梁(liang)(liang)節點目標。
項目簡介:上林(lin)至橫(heng)縣(xian)(xian)高(gao)(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)是(shi)《廣西高(gao)(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)網規劃(2018-2030年)》中(zhong)“1環12橫(heng)13縱25聯”布局方案中(zhong)的聯16線(xian),連通(tong)(tong)(tong)上林(lin)縣(xian)(xian)、賓(bin)陽縣(xian)(xian)、橫(heng)州市(shi)三地(di),全線(xian)位(wei)于(yu)南(nan)寧市(shi)境內,分為一(yi)期(qi)工(gong)程(cheng)、二期(qi)工(gong)程(cheng)實施建設(she)。上林(lin)至橫(heng)縣(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)一(yi)期(qi)工(gong)程(cheng)始于(yu)上林(lin)縣(xian)(xian)白圩鎮,接(jie)(jie)三南(nan)高(gao)(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu),終(zhong)于(yu)橫(heng)州市(shi)南(nan)鄉(xiang)鎮,接(jie)(jie)深南(nan)高(gao)(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu),項(xiang)目全長118.442公(gong)(gong)里,新(xin)建段93.249公(gong)(gong)里,概算總投資119.3896億(yi)元。項(xiang)目采(cai)用(yong)(yong)雙(shuang)向四車道標準建設(she),設(she)計速(su)度120公(gong)(gong)里/小時。全線(xian)共設(she)置橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)梁77座(含互(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)區(qu)(qu)(qu)主線(xian)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)),其中(zhong)設(she)西津郁江特大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)1座,大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)50座,中(zhong)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)26座,互(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)式立(li)交(jiao)11處(5處為樞紐互(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)式立(li)交(jiao),6處為一(yi)般服務型互(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)式立(li)交(jiao)),同步建設(she)服務區(qu)(qu)(qu)3處,養護工(gong)區(qu)(qu)(qu)2處,管理中(zhong)心2處,收費站6處,橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)隧比10.85%。項(xiang)目建成(cheng)后將(jiang)成(cheng)為上林(lin)、賓(bin)陽、橫(heng)州市(shi)直接(jie)(jie)聯系的紐帶,是(shi)沿線(xian)地(di)區(qu)(qu)(qu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)往(wang)大(da)灣區(qu)(qu)(qu)的通(tong)(tong)(tong)道之一(yi),為提升南(nan)寧市(shi)內外交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)銜接(jie)(jie)水平,拉動地(di)方工(gong)業經濟,推動項(xiang)目沿線(xian)旅游業快速(su)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan),帶動縣(xian)(xian)域經濟發(fa)(fa)展(zhan),助力推進(jin)鄉(xiang)村振興具有重要作用(yong)(yong)。
