“牽手”成功!上橫高速西津郁江特大橋主跨合龍
12月10日,由集(ji)團公司投資建設,中(zhong)鐵(tie)交通投資集(ji)團管理、中(zhong)鐵(tie)四(si)局(ju)施工的上橫高(gao)速公路西津郁江(jiang)特大橋主跨(kua)順利合龍,郁江(jiang)兩岸提前110天成功“牽(qian)手(shou)”, 為明年上橫高(gao)速全線順利通車奠定了堅實基礎。
西津郁江特(te)大橋是上橫高速公路一(yi)期工(gong)程全線(xian)唯一(yi)控制性工(gong)程,橋梁全長1190米(mi),主橋長680米(mi),主跨(kua)400米(mi),橋面寬31.5米(mi),是廣西最大跨(kua)度的邊、主跨(kua)合龍(long)形式的雙(shuang)塔雙(shuang)索面混合--組(zu)合梁斜(xie)拉橋,設(she)計為(wei)雙(shuang)向(xiang)4車道,速度120公里/小時。其中,橋梁邊跨(kua)為(wei)支架現澆混凝土梁,次邊跨(kua)、中跨(kua)為(wei)鋼混疊合梁,全橋總用鋼量約(yue)為(wei)6800噸。
西津(jin)郁江特(te)大橋主橋共分為(wei)49個(ge)節段(duan)(duan),本次合龍的中跨Z24節段(duan)(duan)長(chang)4米(mi),由(you)2個(ge)邊(bian)縱梁、1個(ge)標準橫(heng)梁、2個(ge)小縱梁、2個(ge)托架及4塊橋面板組成,單件起吊(diao)最大重量為(wei)30噸(dun)。
12月10日(ri)下午,隨(sui)著最后一(yi)盤c55微(wei)膨(peng)脹混凝土緩(huan)緩(huan)澆入橫向(xiang)濕接縫中(zhong),西津郁(yu)江特大橋主跨成(cheng)功合(he)(he)(he)龍(long)(long)。“邊縱梁頂推(tui)合(he)(he)(he)龍(long)(long)前,需24小時(shi)連續觀測量合(he)(he)(he)龍(long)(long)段(duan)現場(chang)長度和實際長度,選在(zai)溫度合(he)(he)(he)適的(de)時(shi)候(hou)進行頂推(tui)合(he)(he)(he)龍(long)(long)。頂推(tui)過程中(zhong),由于(yu)調(diao)(diao)整鋼梁合(he)(he)(he)龍(long)(long)偏(pian)(pian)差(cha)相互影(ying)響,調(diao)(diao)整一(yi)個方向(xiang)的(de)偏(pian)(pian)差(cha),可能會對其他偏(pian)(pian)差(cha)產生影(ying)響,因此在(zai)調(diao)(diao)整的(de)過程中(zhong)需隨(sui)時(shi)測量各個方向(xiang)的(de)偏(pian)(pian)差(cha),綜合(he)(he)(he)使(shi)用各種(zhong)糾(jiu)偏(pian)(pian)措施(shi),確保精準合(he)(he)(he)龍(long)(long)。”上橫高速第六(liu)合(he)(he)(he)同段(duan)有關(guan)負責人介紹道(dao)。
自西(xi)津(jin)(jin)郁江(jiang)特大橋開工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)建(jian)設以來,項(xiang)目建(jian)設團隊科(ke)學(xue)統(tong)(tong)籌、精心(xin)安排(pai),持續強化技(ji)術(shu)攻堅,對鋼(gang)圍(wei)堰內支撐采(cai)(cai)用(yong)類“米”字形設計形式,避免了(le)內支撐與塔(ta)柱(zhu)的(de)位置(zhi)沖突(tu),極大地提升(sheng)了(le)墩(dun)身與承臺(tai)之(zhi)間的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序轉換工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)效(xiao);采(cai)(cai)用(yong)半邊(bian)(bian)水下清(qing)(qing)(qing)淤(yu)封底半邊(bian)(bian)干作業(ye)清(qing)(qing)(qing)淤(yu)封底工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝,有效(xiao)提高(gao)(gao)了(le)復雜地質(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)況下鋼(gang)圍(wei)堰清(qing)(qing)(qing)淤(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)效(xiao),這也是(shi)國內10米以上水深超千(qian)平(ping)(ping)方級(ji)深大鋼(gang)板(ban)樁(zhuang)圍(wei)堰首次采(cai)(cai)用(yong);對主塔(ta)塔(ta)身采(cai)(cai)用(yong)全(quan)自動液壓爬模(mo)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)進行施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),并采(cai)(cai)用(yong)“養(yang)護(hu)水凈(jing)化工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝+智能噴(pen)淋養(yang)護(hu)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)+智能爬模(mo)”進行噴(pen)淋養(yang)護(hu),有效(xiao)提升(sheng)了(le)主塔(ta)混(hun)凝土的(de)品質(zhi),該(gai)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)為廣西(xi)超百米異型高(gao)(gao)墩(dun)首次采(cai)(cai)用(yong);針對西(xi)津(jin)(jin)郁江(jiang)特大橋次邊(bian)(bian)跨(kua)、中跨(kua)鋼(gang)混(hun)組合梁結構形式,創(chuang)新采(cai)(cai)用(yong)一種鋼(gang)梁邊(bian)(bian)、主跨(kua)不平(ping)(ping)衡懸拼施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝,確保主橋合龍精度(du)控制在毫米級(ji),該(gai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝在廣西(xi)屬(shu)于業(ye)內首次。
在全體建(jian)設者的共(gong)同努力下,項目先后克(ke)服主跨鋼箱梁現場拼裝難、焊接質(zhi)量和變(bian)形控制難、多工(gong)序交叉(cha)施工(gong)難和工(gong)藝復(fu)雜(za)等諸多困難,高效完(wan)成深(shen)水樁基(ji)施工(gong)、深(shen)大鋼板裝圍堰(yan)、承臺封底、主塔(ta)封頂和邊跨合龍(long)等關鍵節點(dian),最終實現全橋毫米級高精度合龍(long)目標,合龍(long)工(gong)期較計劃提前了110天(tian)。
“自上橫高(gao)速公路(lu)一期(qi)工(gong)程開工(gong)建設以來(lai),始終以首件工(gong)程為樣板示范,壓實工(gong)藝(yi)流程,提升工(gong)藝(yi)精細化(hua)管(guan)理。同時實施掛圖作戰,采(cai)用交叉施工(gong)、流水(shui)作業等手段,有(you)效(xiao)提升施工(gong)效(xiao)率。” 上橫高(gao)速項(xiang)目(mu)有(you)關負責人介紹(shao)說(shuo)。
上橫高速公(gong)路是廣(guang)西基礎設施補短板“五(wu)網”建(jian)(jian)設三年(nian)大(da)會戰中交(jiao)通(tong)網的(de)重(zhong)(zhong)要項(xiang)目,也是迄今為止集(ji)團公(gong)司(si)投資建(jian)(jian)設規模、金額(e)最大(da)的(de)高速公(gong)路項(xiang)目。項(xiang)目建(jian)(jian)成后,將成為上林、賓陽、橫州直接聯(lian)系的(de)紐帶(dai)(dai),串聯(lian)起(qi)南宜高速、柳(liu)南二高、柳(liu)南高速、廣(guang)昆(kun)高速、南玉高速,進(jin)一步(bu)完善廣(guang)西高速公(gong)路網,對建(jian)(jian)設南寧市(shi)“一帶(dai)(dai)一路”有機銜(xian)接重(zhong)(zhong)要門戶城市(shi)和區(qu)域性國際城市(shi),加快建(jian)(jian)設南寧區(qu)域性國際綜合交(jiao)通(tong)樞(shu)紐中心,助力(li)廣(guang)西更好地對接粵港(gang)澳大(da)灣區(qu),推動(dong)項(xiang)目沿線旅游業快速發展,帶(dai)(dai)動(dong)縣域經濟(ji)發展,全面推進(jin)鄉村振興具(ju)有重(zhong)(zhong)要意義。
